Shipping policy

Materials:
Whenever possible we use 100% recycled or reused packing materials.  From tape, to boxes, to packaging slips, etc. We do our best to use the most eco-friendly materials available. 

Rate:
In an effort to reduce our carbon foot-print and use less packaging materials we have set a $10 flat-rate shipping charge in the hopes that, that will encourage you and your neighbor, or your mom, to put together an order and only pay one shipping cost (and therefore only receive one box), it's better for everyone, and the environment!

Time:
Items usually ship within 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is received.  If there seems to be a hang up, we'll let you know ASAP.

Enter LOCAL PICK-UP  at check out.

You'll still be asked for your shipping address, I know that's confusing (we're working on a solution)!  But we know you've chosen local pick up.  Your package will be ready for pick up at The Toy Store within 5 business days.

Make sure you don't forget it's there, though. If it isn't picked up within 15 business days your account will be refunded and all items will be added back into the general inventory.
